Common Issues

If you encounter any issues please make sure to perform these checks in the following order. If, after following these instructions, you are still having issues, please contact the Mintegral support team at support@mintegral.com for assistance.

No Download Action after Click Test

  1. Make sure to use a standard mobile browser to open the QR code.
  2. Check whether the click URL is an async click (see Async Click); if yes, check the async configuration on the tracking URL configuration page.

Tracking URL Test Failed

  1. Check (by device ID) whether the third party or advertiser received the click; if no click was received, check whether the macros (see Macro) in the tracking URL are correct, or check whether the data transferred meets the advertiser's requirements.
  2. Check (by device ID) whether the third party or the advertiser has received the activation or event. If not, advertisers who use third party platforms need to check if there are any device compatibility issues with the SDK integration; advertisers who use S2S integration need to check if there are any logic issues with the code.
  3. Check whether the application download URL is correct; for async click (see Async Click), the application download URL is the preview link set in the campaign.
  4. Check whether postback is enabled on the third party side, or check whether the advertiser’s server sent the postback.
  5. For Adjust and AppsFlyer, check whether there is a reject postback notification.
  6. There may be delays in receiving postbacks from third parties (normally no longer than 1h).

Incorrectly Passed Data

  1. Check whether the tracking URL macros are correct (see Macro).
  2. Check whether the tracking URL parameters are supported by the third party or advertiser.
